We are currently seeking for a detail-oriented Web Hosting and IT Support Specialist to join the team at our office in Varna. If you are skilled in managing hosting environments, Cloudflare, and troubleshooting tech issues, we want to hear from you!

Your new role:

• Oversee hosting environments on shared and VPS servers, focusing on Apache and PHP-based websites.
• Manage server performance, troubleshoot hosting-related issues, and optimize server configurations.
• Monitor and maintain uptime, performance, and backups across hosting environments.
• Set up and manage Cloudflare accounts, handling DNS configurations and managing domain records.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates and backups.
• Provide office support, addressing tickets related to hardware or software issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting IT problems.
• Maintain an organized ticketing system to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing shared and VPS hosting environments, specifically Apache and PHP-based setups.
• Proficiency in Cloudflare and DNS management, with experience setting up records and custom redirects.
• Solid understanding of website security practices, backup restoration, and malware removal.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for office hardware and software, with the ability to handle IT support tickets.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cPanel, WHM, and other hosting management tools.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery tools and strategies.
• Knowledge of other content delivery networks (CDNs) and additional web security tools.
• Technical certifications in web hosting, IT support, or related areas are a plus.
