We are seeking a Head of Accounting, a key role within our corporate finance team, responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations. If you’re ready to lead, grow, and contribute to a dynamic environment, join us!

Your main daily responsibilities will be:

• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end reporting, including revenue/expense accruals, tax returns, balance sheets, and financial statements.

• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, cash flow management, and fixed assets.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

• Manage VAT and income tax filings while liaising with auditors and tax authorities.

• Coach and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to process optimization.

• Submit reports to Bulgarian National Bank, National Statistics, and other authorities.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• CPA designation, Master’s in Accounting, or equivalent experience (5+ years).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, D365, and financial software; experience with Jira is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Knowledge of foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
